Privacy notice
This notice explains the information used to review a private membership request. It does not change the club's admission rules.
Information submitted
The request form asks for contact details, a preferred visit date, identification details, an image of the identification document, age confirmation and an optional note.
Please do not include unrelated sensitive information in the optional note.
Purpose and handling
The information is used only to review the request, verify identity, contact the applicant and manage the next steps of the membership process.
The form sends the request to the club review team by email. It is not published on this website or used to create a public profile.
Retention and requests
Information should be kept only for the time needed to review and administer the request, subject to any record-keeping duties that apply to the club. The operational retention schedule must be confirmed by the club before launch.
To ask about access, correction or deletion of submitted information, email info@biohazardmadrid.com and include enough detail to identify the request.
Service providers and security
Hosting and email-delivery providers process information only as needed to operate the request flow. Access should be limited to the people responsible for membership review.
No internet transmission is risk-free. If you prefer not to send an identification image online, contact the team before submitting the form to ask whether in-person verification is available.
