How to request membership
A request is the start of an individual review—not a ticket, booking or guarantee of entry.
1. Read the current information
Review the club guide, privacy notice and house expectations before sharing personal information. Contact the team first if anything is unclear.
2. Submit accurate details
The form asks for contact details, a preferred date and identification information. Applicants confirm that they are at least 18. The club may apply additional eligibility rules during review.
3. Wait for review
The team checks each request. Do not travel to the club until you receive a confirmation with next steps. A request can be declined and the club is not required to approve every application.
4. Bring the original ID
If your request proceeds, bring the same original valid identification used in the form. Follow the arrival instructions and current house rules included in the confirmation.

- No. Submission starts a review. It does not guarantee approval, membership, entry or a confirmed visit.
- What identification is accepted?
- The form accepts a passport, DNI, NIE/TIE or driving licence. Bring the same original valid document if the team confirms the next step.
- How quickly will the team answer?
- Review times vary. Wait for a direct confirmation before planning to arrive.
- Can I arrive without confirmation?
- No. Biohazard is a private members space and does not offer walk-in access.
